Isle Of Dogs is cult director Wes Anderson’s second stop-motion-animated feature film (following The Fantastic Mr Fox) and, again, takes the audience into a beautifully crafted world. The film is set in Japan and follows a boy on a journey to find his pet dog. Many of Anderson’s favourite actors lend their recognisable voices to the canine characters. It’s a thoroughly charming, visually arresting film - just what you’d expect from the master of whimsy.
