An English village is occupied by disguised German paratroopers as an advance post for a planned invasion, in this British classic. Screening to celebrate 80 years since its original release, Went The Day Well? is an unusual film to come from the Ealing stable - serious and dramatic. Who can resist seeing Thora Hird with a machine gun?
Why you should see it: because it’s one of the finest British films ever made.
Tickets £8.50 / £6.50 (conc)
Please note: there's no need to print your tickets. We have a list of attendees on the door so you just need to give us your name when you arrive. Save the trees!
